Patriots Executive Robyn Glaser to Resign After 18 Seasons with the Team

Robyn Glaser, the long-time executive vice president of football business for the New England Patriots, will resign after 18 seasons with the franchise, as reported by Mike Reiss of ESPN. Glaser, one of the team’s highest-ranking officials, will remain in her role until mid-February to ensure a smooth transition as the Patriots move forward with their leadership changes, including Jerod Mayo’s shift to head coach and Mike Vrabel’s new responsibilities.

Glaser’s tenure with the Patriots began in 2007, when she joined as a senior adviser to ownership and club counsel during the high-profile “Spygate” investigation. The incident resulted in the Patriots losing a first-round draft pick in 2008. She steadily rose through the ranks, becoming vice president in 2011, senior vice president in 2018, and senior vice president, business affairs, and chief administrative officer of football in 2022. In 2025, she expanded her role to include serving as a senior adviser to Jerod Mayo.

Before joining the Patriots, Glaser was a global senior vice president at EMI Recorded Music. Her departure marks the end of an era for the team, which has seen significant changes both on and off the field.
